Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and [INSERT LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Curedent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of vn.curedentlab.com and other website features that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Additional terms may apply to specific products, services, customer accounts, case submissions, portals, orders or business relationships. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement may control to the extent specified in it or in the event of a conflict.
Eligibility & Business Use
The Site is primarily intended for dental professionals, dental practices, laboratories, dental organizations, distributors, business partners and other professional or business users.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization with respect to your use of the Site.
Website Purpose & Information
The Site provides general information about Curedent, selected dental products and services, digital workflows, resources and potential B2B relationships.
Website content may not describe every specification, availability condition, technical requirement, material, compatibility limitation, regulatory status, turnaround time or commercial term applicable to a particular case or service.
Product pages and website resources are for general orientation. Confirm current technical requirements and applicable service terms before relying on them for a production case.
No Medical or Clinical Advice
Curedent's website does not replace professional clinical judgment.
Diagnosis, treatment decisions, patient selection, clinical suitability, prescriptions, professional approvals and clinical use remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified treating professional.
Information, digital content, designs, examples, educational resources or other materials available through the Site are not intended to establish a dentist-patient relationship or provide individualized medical or dental advice to patients.
Where Curedent provides digital design or manufacturing support, the responsibilities of the parties should be determined by the applicable workflow, professional obligations and any governing agreement.
Accounts & Client Portal
If Curedent makes account or Client Portal functionality available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your authorized account.
You must provide accurate information, use reasonable security practices, promptly report suspected unauthorized access and not permit access in violation of applicable agreements or law.
Portal functionality, features and availability may change. The public website should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular portal, dashboard, reporting, billing or automation feature is available unless Curedent expressly confirms it.
Case Submissions & Patient Information
Do not submit sensitive patient or production case information through general website contact forms, marketing forms or channels that Curedent has not designated for case submission.
Use only the approved case-submission workflow for the applicable service. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, professional authority and any legally required authorization necessary to submit information to Curedent.
Case acceptance may depend on completeness, technical requirements, service availability and other applicable criteria. Submission of information does not by itself guarantee acceptance, production, delivery or a particular clinical result.
These Terms do not themselves constitute a Business Associate Agreement or establish that every Curedent service is subject to HIPAA. Any applicable health-information obligations should be addressed through the appropriate contracts, systems and operational procedures.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to:
- access accounts, systems, data or functionality without authorization;
- interfere with the security, integrity, performance or availability of the Site;
- introduce malicious code or use automated tools in a manner that disrupts the Site;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, organization or relationship with Curedent;
- submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or unauthorized content;

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including applicable text, graphics, branding, logos, interfaces, page designs and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Curedent and may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Curedent grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for legitimate informational and business purposes.
No rights to Curedent trademarks, product names, branding, designs, software or other intellectual property are granted except as expressly stated in writing.
Ownership and permitted use of case files, digital designs, manufacturing data, partner branding or deliverables may be governed by separate service or commercial agreements.
Third-Party Links, Tools & Services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, embedded services or tools. Curedent does not control third-party services and their terms and privacy practices may apply separately.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement. Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
Products, Orders & Commercial Terms
Descriptions on the Site are general and do not necessarily constitute a binding offer. Product availability, specifications, pricing, payment terms, shipping, turnaround, remakes, cancellations, refinements, returns, warranties and other commercial terms should be governed by the terms applicable to the relevant transaction or customer relationship.
Curedent may decline or request clarification regarding a case or order where appropriate, subject to applicable agreements and law.
If the website later accepts binding online orders or payments, these Terms should be updated together with Curedent's ordering, payment, shipping, remake, cancellation and refund policies.
Website Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Curedent does not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.
Curedent seeks to provide useful and current information, but website content may contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated. Technical, product and regulatory information should be confirmed where it is material to a specific decision or case.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and any separate agreement governing the relevant product or service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Curedent will not be responsible under these website Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public Site.

Cookie and tracking technologies should be governed by the live website's actual configuration, applicable consent/opt-out controls and corresponding privacy disclosures.

Governing Law & Disputes
[INSERT GOVERNING LAW, VENUE AND DISPUTE PROCESS]
Do not publish a U.S. state, Vietnam, arbitration clause, class-action waiver or forum-selection provision until the operating/legal entity structure and counsel's strategy are confirmed.
